Keyonna Douglas
Yoga and Meditation Instructor
Keyonna Douglas is a yoga instructor and wellness practitioner who creates intentional spaces for movement, mindfulness, restoration, and self-exploration. Her approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than a physical practice—it is an opportunity to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind, and deepen our relationship with ourselves.
Through vinyasa, aerial yoga, yin, meditation, and holistic wellness experiences, Keyonna encourages students to explore both strength and softness. Her teaching blends mindful movement with opportunities for stillness, reflection, and play, creating an environment where students can show up authentically and practice without the pressure of perfection.

Mary Fenimore
Yoga Instructor
Mary discovered meditation and yoga philosophy at age 16. She was intrigued by the practice and benefited immensely from meditation's calming effects. But, her practice became the strongest after having her son.
When her son was only a year old she felt a calling to deepen her own practice and embarked on her YTT journey. Through her training she discovered an appreciation for trauma-informed cueing, a passion for anatomy, and a gratitude for community.
After giving birth, she encountered pelvic floor pain and worked closely with a pelvic floor physical therapist. The experience inspired her to dive deeper into the benefits of yoga for pelvic floor issues. She carries this knowledge and personal experience into her teaching.

Mackenzie Stratton
Yoga Instructor
Mackenzie is a Certified Hatha yoga instructor. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Gentle Yoga styles designed for students of all levels.
